Indeed, the charging station is installed on an individual circuit, protected by its own circuit breaker and its own 30 mA differential switch. The charging time with a charging station is reduced to less than 6 hours while charging with a conventional socket will take up to 10 hours.

f you choose to get the "intelligent" feature on the charging station, you can, for example, automatically reduce the charging power if other large devices are charging on the same network. There is also a timer function which regulates the electric tension and can delay the start of charging your electric car to times when your power grid is limitedly used, for example at night. You can also check the charging status of the vehicle and the energy flows between the electrical network and installation online.
