Restoring your Mac or PC computer

A restoration is the refurbishment of your computer's operating system, resolving the majority of software problems while giving your computer the chance of a second life. Our restorations are done in our workshop within 24 to 48 hours. We offer 4 types of restorations; BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM, each including the services of the previous one.

BRONZE (€ 80) 
- Extracting your personal files 
 - Erasing the disc 
 - Installing your operating system 
 - Restoration of your personal files 
ATTENTION: This package only concerns your FILES such as your photos, documents and videos. We do not reinstall any software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype, etc.).

SILVER (€ 100) 
- Includes all of the services of the BRONZE restoration 
- Installation of free software of your choice such as Chrome, Skype, Dropbox, etc ... 
 - Microsoft Office installation (using your own license) 
 - Configuration of your e-mail accounts (in an e-mailprogram of your choice, with your passwords and user names)

GOLD (€ 120) 
- Includes all of the services of the SILVER restoration 
- Installation of maximum 3 specific programs (using your own license) 
OR- Configuration of your printer and Wi-Fi connection at home (limited to only 19 municipalities in Brussels)

PLATINUM (€ 150) 
- Includes all of the services of the GOLD restoration
